Confirm gone already

Facebook has made the world a much smaller place. There's no need to elaborate cause everyone knows or have at least heard of this social networking site that has brought drastic changes to our lives. So yeah.. I did manage to catch up with some long lost friends that I've not been in contact for quite a few years now. Anyways, here's what happened like minutes ago...


Ok lah!!! I admit that I had gone missing in action in the recent 2 years and have not been keeping in contact with many people. Guess that explains the long lost friend's reaction. And by the way, his phone number is still stuck to my fridge since the last time he messaged me on Friendster. I swear!

Is moving again.

Done with another semester and here comes the hassle of moving into a bigger place. It's no fun in matching the themes, colours, fabrics, lighting, and everything that falls under that category. Thankfully we have the cousins and close friends dropping pointers along the way too.

I was already looking forward to head down to Singapore before Christmas to spend some time with the extended family and some old friends. Not to forget a little shopping and sightseeing while I'm at it. It's been a few years since I last visited anyways. Looking at the amount of things on hand, putting my holidays on hold would be a better option at this moment. And the next was to break it to the friend.

"oh yeah... I won't be able to make it over there in Dec"
"oh why?"
"i've already put up the xmas deco on orchard rd"
"so fast? now you're making me feel bad"

And I've not even told the cousins yet.

Registration of next semesters subjects are in the morning. Need to catch some sleep and head out earlier. It takes me 2x the time to head out these days thanks to some smarty pants who decided to close the main access road. Nites!

Today, I was

... again hired on the spot without an interview.

A 3000 word campaign plan and another final paper to go, and I'll be done with this semester. Oh, but things just don't end there. There's a need for me to catch up on a lot more things that I need to catch up on, such as improving my grammar for instance. Well let's just say that I wasn't progressing too much for the past... hm... let's just not get started on that one...

Here's the thing. I've been considering to take up this part time job for at least a year now, but have somehow been hesitant to. Since this job is flexible enough to allow me to do other important things during my break, I figured that it would be good for me to acquire more skills on the way.

Back to work now. Hopefully I'll be able to start posting constant updates soon.
