Just got back from Penang on Sunday night, with almost 300 pictures and an extremely full tummy. Learned a whole bunch of things while on the trip, etc.
Picked up furball from the Vet's on Monday.
Updates on Penang up next! After the birthday that is...

Not yet forgotten...
I do realize that I've not been updating much for the past few months. No pictures, no stories, nothing. Just plain blank. Each time that I try to conjure up a sentence, wanting to express my thoughts, I pause. Thinking twice on whether such expressions are "blog worthy," or something more personal that I want to keep close to the heart.
The whole definition of blogging has changed throughout the years. And those hopping on the blogging bandwagon these days simply have their own intentions and agendas. Not that I have anything against the whole idea of "new school" blogging or whatever you may call it. I somehow can't help but wonder how valuable one's life is, or how privileged does one feel to live their life.
Anyways, let's move on to something much lighter before I start bombarding this post with excessive communication jargon. Seriously, we don't want information overload on how to manage your image here now.
Updates!!!
Let's just say life has been rather kind on me lately. Life has never been simpler and happier thanks to the friends that I'm blessed with, who had sarifice their precious time to simplify the self-complicate life I had. Come to think of it, I guess Jen was indeed right. Fate plays the part of bringing people into your life, but it is up to our hearts to decide who stay. Right choice I guess.
The brother has also moved in with me since June! Happy parents must be so glad to have us both away for once. Having us at our best behaviour twice a month when they see us gives them all the reasons to be happier. If you're laughing at me for losing all that freedom at this point. STOP. Think again.
Oh oh!!! And I've also been catching up with the girls lately. Indeed, that is the one thing that I never want to grow out of. Hopefully, I'll be able to make it up to them this time. Man... how stupid was I not to treasure such great friends. *smacks self with smelly pillow*
For those who have been following my growth since my blogspot days, the character "him" has just tried to get back into the picture. And it has already been two years since the last time I actually saw or spoke to this person. Boy, was I surprised to see his message in my Facebook inbox. I've no intention of replyin, ever. Period.
After 13 years, I've finally went out with my childhood crush! Even the idea of it sounds super cute! Well, there was no sparks flying and stuff. Just some catching up on the old times and keeping each other updated on how the mutual friends are doing.
So far, only results for 2 of the subjects taken have been released. One more due on the final week of this month. I've scored a credit and a distinction so far. I was also delighted to find out that one of my essays was actually sent to Murdoch to be moderated! I wasn't so happy with the moderated results, but my lecturer's comments had definitely made up to it. Guess I need to work harder next sem.
Time check. 4.16a.m.
Me, the brother and two other close friends will be heading up North for a road trip tomorrow. Cat will be sent for boarding because both me and the brother decided that we can't trust the parents with this evil furball. Looking back at what happened with Snowy the mutt I had back when I was a kid, mom pretty much knew that taking up this responsibility is simply way too risky.
Long story short. Snowy the mutt died because he was allergic to some medication that the vet gave him (apparently) and died in the care of Grandad. Not good. I cried for days and pretty much ignored my Grandad for quite a while. And I'm still not forgiving him!
I'll be back with more updates!!! Promise.
Lastly, I now have weight issues and is in need of sleep. Toodles!

My brother equals my minion. So insert evil Evie laughter here.
